RESIDENTIAL (Available Fall 2008)
We are now offering residential units on Floors 3-4 of Building 18 for occupancy this fall. Units include studio/efficiency, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom spaces. Model units are now available for showings. All units feature exposed beams, exterior brick walls, restored wood floors and ample natural light. Selected units will offer views of the Saco River. All units will be elevator accessible, and heat, electricity and hot water will be included with the rent.

    

RETAIL (Now Available)
Retail spaces are available on the lower floors of Buildings 17 and 18. Available spaces range from 480 to 3,400 square feet. All available spaces are located in close proximity to established retail and service businesses such as Union House Café, Brown Fox Printing, Dance House Productions, Saco River Auction, and The Yoga Gym. STUDIO / COMMERCIAL (Now Available)
Studio and commercial spaces are available on the lower levels of Buildings 15 and 17. North Dam Mill is already home to more than 25 artists, office businesses and industrial tenants whose suites range from 300 to 7,000 square feet and include widely varied levels of finish. If you are an artist, small business owner, photographer, craftsperson, woodworker, or manufacturer, we can work with you to find your ideal space. We offer all tenants on-site mail and package delivery, high-speed internet and digital telephone services.
